The Yantra Mat is based on the principle of acupressure. Each mat features 8.820 ( small version) or over 11.550 (large version) acupressure nubs made of precious synthetic material. The material of the mat is 100% cotton. We deliver each mat with a carrying bag and a booklet.

The Yantra Mat is available in purpule and olive green. The colour purpule symbolizes meditation, intuition, brightness and clearness. The colour olive green symbolizes harmony, balance, regeneration and heeling. On the backside of the mat you find an Indian symbol - a Yantra -, which you can use for meditation.


Available in two sizes (44 x 75 cm and 51 x 80 cm). For people up to 170 - 174 cm the smaller size is sufficient, except you want to treat all the way from your neck down to your sciatica.
For people taller than 170 -174 cm we recommend the larger version.
