Vario Cushion

This functional cushion can be easily changed from a neck cushion (approx. 50 x 25 cm, height approx. 6 cm) into a stable meditation cushion (diameter approx. 18 cm, length approx. 25 cm). The desired height for your neck and your sitting position can be achieved by opening and closing one or two of the side chambers via a drawstring. The spelt filling can be spread -only by shaking- to form volumewise a smaller or larger cushion.
This article was developed and recommended by an experienced yoga teacher. Her students use this Vario Cushion in class.

The cushion medium fits into our yoga bags with top pocket. Altogether you can store e.g. a 75 cm wide yoga mat and one cushion medium in a yoga bag for a mat width of 100 cm.
