This mat consists out of a 4,5 mm thick, nubby vinyl foam mat (eco-tex standard 100woolen mat attached on both sides with a concealed Velcro tape (Top side: 100% new wool, eco-tex standard 100, height of pile approx. 5 mm, washable up to 30°C, Back side: non-skid coating made of natural coloured latex.).
Available in two colours bordeaux and sun yellow and two sizes. The two sizes differ in the size of the woolen pad. The middle size has a woolen pad of 50 x 80 cm, this size suits people with a body height up to 170 cm. The large size comes with a woolen pad 50 x 95 cm , this size is meant to be used by people taller than 1,70 cm.

In case you want to use the SoGruMa ® as well for triangle poses, please note that the width between your feet should be wider than the wool pad (e.g. 80 cm), so that your feet touch the sticky part of the mat.
